Before You Reach Out
Many questions are already answered on the features page, in the API docs, or in the changelog. Screenshot Studio is free, needs no account, and processes your images in the browser, so there is nothing to cancel and no subscription to manage.
When reporting a bug, include your browser and operating system, the steps you took, and a screenshot or exported file if you can. GitHub issues are usually answered within a few days; email may take a little longer.
Contributing
Screenshot Studio is open source. If you're a developer and want to contribute, check out the GitHub repository. Pull requests, bug reports, and feature suggestions are all welcome.
